Enhance your adaptability and energize your life! Vitalism is a system of healing that has been practiced for millennia. In this class we will look at how specific changes in our local environment that come with Spring are reflected in our whole beings. Many local plants, which can be cultivated in the garden or found growing in the wild, will be discussed that can help us negotiate these changes. We will learn how to identify these plants and how to prepare herbal teas, tintures, and oxymels from them. Each participant will take home some herbal preparations and the knowledge to prepare them.
